ZBW17(YB)-10 Series Prefabricated (American Type) Substation is the series product in our company and it be developed by ourselves through absorb foreign technique. The Transformer, Load Switch and H.V fuse are installed in transformer's cabinet and take the insulating liquor of transformer as the insulating medium and heat-eliminating medium for whole product,it features of small volume,light weight,installation and maintenance are convenient,high safe reliability,beautiful appearance,etc.
ZBW17(YB)-10 Series Prefabricated Substation is used in 10/0.4kV, 50Hz power distribution system with a transformer rated capacity of 50~1600kVA. It is widely used in outdoor power supply fields such as city, residential zone, factory and mining, hotel, hospital, park, oil field, airport, wharf, railway and other temporary facilities, etc.
This product can be used not only in a close-ring-net for power distribution, but also in transformation power net for terminal power supply.
Service ambient conditions
a. Altitude above sea level: ≤1000m
b.Ambient temperature range: Max. +40ºC;
c.Relative humidity: Daily average don't exceed 95% and monthly average value don't exceed 90%
d.Wind speed (outdoor): Not more than 35m/s
e.Installation spot: There should be no fire, explosion, badly polluted, chemical erode and strong vibration. If the condition is out of above normal service environment, the customer can consult with us to resolve it.
The product is made up of transformer room, H.V room and L.V room.
Performance of the transformer meets the type of SM9 or S11M.
The H.V side adopts type V or T load switch and two poles fuse to protect and use current-limiting fuse to protect circuit, the breaking capacity is big. Plug-in type fuse is used to protect the secondary side overload and short circuit of transformer.
Both load switch and fuse are installed in transformer room and make use of transformer insulation liquid as insulation medium and heat-eliminating medium.
The ingoing on H.V side adopts H.V cable plug and total insulated in the H.V room.
The outgoing on L.V side for that normal product adopts directly outgoing. It can be added L.V measuring and shunt outgoing if customer requires.
The structure of box-body is total-sealed and adopts steel plate welding, beading three side heat-eliminating. It features of strong antiseptic ability and beautiful appearance after treated by special technology.
The H.V room is isolated from L.V room and has the following components: Load switch, tap changer of transformer, H.V ingoing pin and plug-in type fuse.
The box-body equips has: oil level thermometer, oil level gauge, pressure release valve, oil drain valve and oil sample valve. L.V outgoing terminals and L.V measuring system which is required to equip by users.

Transformer connecting mode and H.V tapping range
The connecting mode of transformer is Y,Yn0 or Dyn11. The tapping range is
±5%, ±2×2.5% or decided by users.
